As you know, deep Inner Wisdom lives in each of us, our Eternal Teacher, our True Self. Also in the Universe, there are potentially many alternative ways of developing the plot of any of our situations, and among them, there is an optimal path on which we will be happy, healthy, and harmonious in all areas of life. Do you like an optimal solution to your situation?
If you want to seek guidance from Inner Wisdom and gain access to inner knowledge, information, and awareness regarding the optimal path for developing your situation, do the following exercise. Ask your psychological work partner to conduct this session with you. Then you can switch roles and also help your partner find a way out of any situation that worries him/her.
The Optimal Solution To your Situation:

Try a simple activity with a friend to figure out which paths are ideal for you. Take turns coaching each other to get a deep understanding and get past personal challenges. Together you two can identify more obvious solutions and have happier, more balanced lives.
Relaxation And Mind Clearing:

Sit or lie down comfortably, preferably so that no one around you disturbs you and there is complete silence. Take a comfortable, relaxed position. Breathe deeply with abdominal breathing and mentally repeat: “Inhale, exhale.” Notice all the thoughts that come to your mind and let them go without dwelling on any of them. Concentrate on your breathing, mentally repeating to yourself: “Inhale, exhale.” Try to completely calm your thoughts and free yourself from them for a while. Your mind should be empty, clear, and calm.
Meditation with Inner Guidance:

Focus your attention on your inner space. Be in silence and listen to the silence within yourself. Try not to think about anything, just be at peace and listen to yourself. So, close your eyes, get comfortable, completely relax and focus on your breathing. Watch your breathing and mentally repeat: Inhale – Exhale, Inhale – Exhale, Inhale – Exhale…
I will count to 7 and clap my hands and with the clap you will be transported to the optimal resolution of the situation that worries you and will find within yourself the answers to all your questions and you will find the best way and the optimal way out of your situation to formulate the problem.
Using Your Visualization Of The Optimal Resolution:
Now you are at the optimal resolution of your situation. Please repeat out loud: “I am in the optimal resolution of my situation”… Once again: “I am…” Once again. Now imagine yourself in this optimal resolution. The first thought is always correct. Tell me: How do you look? How do you feel? What are your inner feelings? How do you look externally? What is your hairstyle? What is your figure? And what are your clothes? What are you doing? Are you standing? Are you sitting? And are you walking?
Finding Knowledge In Your Visualization Of Optimal Resolution:
Look around you: Who or what else is next to you? What is happening to you? Now ask yourself: What do I need to understand about this situation? What do I need to understand for my situation to be resolved optimally? Once again. Once again. Now answer yourself: “For this I need”, “For this I need”, “For this I need” So what do you need to ensure that the situation is resolved optimally? The first thought is always correct, say the first thing that comes to mind. At this moment, the patient’s inner source of information and inner knowledge is revealed. He begins to answer his questions and tells himself completely everything that he needs to know and understand for an optimal resolution of the situation.
Using Inner Wisdom To Solve Complex Problems:

Don’t rush him, give him time and the opportunity to speak out. To better understand yourself, pose leading questions. If the internal flow has stopped, ask it the question: “What else do I need to understand to optimally resolve this situation? Ask the patient to repeat each question 3 times, begin to answer himself three times, and then ask a clarifying question, after which access to inner knowledge is always revealed.
If during the session, in the course of work, some other related issues arise that concern the patient (for example, problems in relationships with children, with parents, problems with appearance, personal life, material well-being, etc.) and he enters deadlock, cannot find an answer to them – you can immerse him each time in the optimal resolution of each of these situations and open access to inner wisdom. Don’t be surprised if after this session, even after it’s over, internal information will flow out of your patient like a cornucopia and your patient will become a life psychologist for himself and everyone around him.
Using Therapy Sessions To Transform Insights Into Actions:
When you have fully analyzed the situation, ask the patient to ask himself the question: “What lesson should I learn from this situation?” and “What practical steps do I need to take to get where I want to be? It is advisable to translate the acquired awareness into practical actions so that they do not remain just interesting ideas.
If possible, take notes and write down any interesting realizations and ideas the patient has so that he can return to them later, although this is not necessary – the main thing is that the realization occurs internally. When you feel that the topic has been exhausted, ask your partner if there is anything else that worries him or if he would like to end the session and come back. If your partner is still concerned about some questions, ask if he wants to continue looking for answers in this direction. If yes, continue the session until he completely satisfies his curiosity and solves all his problems.
